Shoot Details: The full details of the shoot must be provided and documented before the shoot date. Failure to do so gives the owner or agency the right to suspend the shoot until the agreement is re-negotiated. A booking will include one photographer and one crew unless agreed upon in writing before the shoot commences.
Overtime: Access to the venue is permitted between the hours booked. Additional hours required outside of these times will be charged at 20% of the agreed-upon fee per hour.
Payment Terms: Payment for the photoshoot must be made in advance, before the shoot commences.
Bookings: Bookings are established upon the host's acceptance of a user's booking request. The user has 48 hours to submit payment after acceptance. Bookings create a legally binding agreement between hosts and users, obliging hosts to provide the space and any agreed-upon extra services according to the booking's terms.
Conduct at Events: Users are accountable for their actions and the actions of individuals present at a space at the user's request. Hosts can terminate events if certain conditions are breached.
Cancellations: If you require to cancel your confirmed booking, please understand the below fees of cancellation will apply.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed upon fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 75% of the agreed upon fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the agreed upon fee.
Hosts may terminate an Event or Booking at any time and without advance notice or repayment of any Payments to a User if it is determined that (i) a User has materially misrepresented the proposed Event or Booking; (ii) the Event as actually planned or undertaken is not in compliance with the originally proposed Booking or the terms of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) permitting the Booking to continue would endanger the safety or security of the Space and associated tenants and residents; or (iv) the Booking creates an unreasonable noise, odour, nuisance, or otherwise disturbs the quiet enjoyment of the Space or day-to-day business operations of the Space.
Additional Charges:
Drop-offs/Pick-ups: Any drop-offs or pick-ups outside of the shoot day(s) must be agreed upon in writing beforehand. A storage cost may be added to your invoice for this service. Please note that any equipment or valuables left at a location are done so entirely at the client's or photographer's own risk.
Lunches: If you require the use of the owner's crockery, glasses, and cutlery, kindly request it in advance.
Rubbish: Please ensure all rubbish is removed upon exit. Failure to do so will result in a minimum fee of $100 + GST being charged.

Usage Agreement: All photographs taken at the designated location during the shoot day are authorised solely for the use in connection with the specified job. They may not be reused or sold for any other purpose without prior or subsequent written agreement.
Public/Employer’s Liability and Damage: The Individual or entity signing this contract, whether client, photographer or commissioner, must ensure that they or the company possess Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $10,000,000 - $200,000,000. In the case of a company, the signatory must be authorised to enter into this agreement. A copy of the Certificate of Currency must be provided for review upon booking confirmation.
Any damages or losses incurred to the location or its property during the shoot are the responsibility of the client, photographer, or commissioner on the respective day.
